How does it work?

Simply add as many frames as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Make sure to select whether you want prescription lenses and the type that you desire. Finally, upload a picture of your prescription and proceed with the order.

 - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select a payment method for the glasses - we will ship your package within around 2 to 5 business days.

Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!

I don't have a prescription. What do I do?

No worries, simply book an appointment with one of our partnered optometrists at a time which is convenient for you. This is done simply by navigating to our "Book an Appointment" page.

Alternatively, you can get an eye test done at most hospitals or optometrist shops around the country. Once you have your prescription, simply take a picture and upload it when selecting your frames before you place your order.

Unfortunately, some stores or optometrists will attempt to pressure you into buying frames from them because they have conducted your eye test. 

Do not panic! By law, your eye prescription is yours, and no optometrist/store can withhold it from you. You are free to take and use your prescription to shop anywhere you want. 

Remember it will always be " Your Style, & Your Choice"  ;)

When can I book an eye test?

You can book an appointment with our partnered optometrists during work hours (9am-4pm) on weekdays that are convenient for you. (Provided that the chosen time slot has not been booked by another customer) .

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

There are no shipping costs! 

Kyikyi Eyewear offers free express shipping to all of our customers residing in our shipping zones.

How long does the shipping take?

Delivery is processed once full payment is received and confirmed. We ship and deliver Monday-Friday within around 2-5 business days from your order confirmation. For more information about our shipping click here

Do you ship during COVID-19?

Yes, we still ship during COVID-19. However there way be slight delays in shipping time.

Tracking

Can I track my order?

Yes, it is a very simple process. 

All you have to do is our website kyikyionline.com, navigate to the "Account" section, and select track order (or click here). Once there you will be able to use your order number and your email address to track your order.

After placing your order we will automatically send you your order number in a confirmation email. 

I can't find my order number

We will send you a confirmation email when the payment for your order has been received. In this email you will find your order number, order summary, and a button you can click to track your order.

Return & Refunds

Can I return my item(s)?

Yes you can! check out our Shipping & Returns page here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@kyikyionline.com

I sent the wrong address, can I change it?

Addresses can be changed within 8 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@kyikyionline.com

My glasses are faulty, what should I do?

We are extremely sorry to hear you received a faulty order. Please contact support@kyikyionline.com and we will help you to resolve the issue.

Product Information & Care

How do I care for my glasses?

If you love your Kyikyi's as much as we do, we know you will be wearing them every day. We recommend that you follow the care instructions below:

  • Keep in protective case when not in use.
  • Avoid wearing on top of your head to prevent misshaping of frames and stretching of the hinges.
  • Place your frames lens side up to avoid scratching.
  • Make sure to clean your lenses with the microfiber cleaning cloth in order to efficiently protect and prolong the longevity of your lenses.
